Pancakes for Breakfast

This afternoon I helped organize a rally to make my city a more bike friendly place. About 80 passionate cyclists showed up. I say success!!

After my morning workout I wanted something  savory for breakfast that would power me through the afternoon.

PANCAKES!!!

Follow my very easy four ingredient pancake.

What you will need: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of oats, banana and a dash of cinnamon

What you will do: Blend together by hand or machineImage

Then pour onto oiled pan (I used coconut oil) and cook for 3 minutes on each side

I made one giant pancake but I recommend splitting this recipe into 2-4 smaller sized pancake so the inside is evenly cooked.
