Advanced Leg Day Circuit

(10 dead lifts,  10 step up box lunges*) Repeat 6 rounds

*Hold a kettle bell or weight in each hand and stand in front of a box or raised platform. Step up with the right foot first and then bring your left leg to your chest. Step down off the box into a lunge. 5 on each leg.

(10 thrusters, 10 heavy kettle bell squats) Repeat 6 rounds
