Three circuits
1 minute at each station 2 times through

Round One

Kettle bell single arm swings, alternating hands– focus on hip motion, weightless arms
Wall Balls– Focus on deep squat, power through the exertion of the ball to the wall using legs
Feet together hurdle jumps

Round Two

Kettle bell bent over rows, left knee and left hand on bench, right hand holing kettle bell and right foot on ground, pull the kettle bell up to waist height keeping it perpendicular to the floor.
Wall Ball burpree push ups- Throw the ball to the ground, entenc into a burpee push up and jump up
Sideways hop over hurdles

Round Three

Kettle bell  pump out squats- no full extension 
Wall ball mountain climbers
Hands and feet plank shuffle over hurtles
