The last couple of weeks my top participants have been finishing their workouts earlier than anticipated. One of the biggest challenges of being a group fitness instructor is having a broad range of students in a single class. On Monday nights I can get over 20 people; from newbies to intense athletes. I decided to write a very, very long workout this week that included 4 circuits to be done 3 times each. No one finished the whole thing but everyone worked hard for the entire class.
