Credit to my Karate instructor who has been writing what he calls 200 rep workouts.
To be used as a warm up, or repeat a few times for a workout.
Last night’s 200 reps set:
50 steps up (25 on each leg)
50 staggered push ups, left hand below ribs, right hand stretched slightly above head for 25 and switch
50 side kicks
50 windshield wipers (lying on your back, holding feet perpendicular, drop to the left, back to the center and then to the right, maintaining a 90 degree angel the entire time).
