Only Have a Kettle Bell Workout

15 KB Swings 15 jumping jacks

14 KB swings, 14 jumping jacks

13 KB swings, 13 jumping jacks

1 KB swing, 1 jumping jack

Kettle Bell swings are a great workout that that target the legs, butt and core. When done correctly, thrusting forward makes the arm lift almost weightless. If your arms are sore and not your butt, then you aren’t pushing you hips out far enough on the thrust.
